We require all parties to be booked at minimum 1 full week in advance of your chosen date. This is required to guaranteed that your food selection is available.
Yes, we do require a non refundable $25 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is used to guarantee your party reservation.
You should arrive as early as 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. We do guarantee that your lanes will be ready no earlier then 15 minutes prior to the start of your event.
Included with your party package is all paper products (napkins, plates, forks and cups), table clothes and free party invitations.
Your party will take place out on the lanes. This will eliminate the need to transfer your event to a separate room. We bring the food out to you, which gives you more time to party!
Payment is due in full on the day of your event, minus the deposit paid at time of booking.
Unfortunately, no outside food or beverage is allowed into our center with the exception of birthday cakes. We do this to ensure the health and safety of all our guests.
Yes, we do have bumpers on all 12 of our lanes. They are for use with our youngest guest to ensure that there is no gutter balls.
Yes, we rely on your headcount to determine things like your lanes/party space, the amount of food we’ll need to prepare, and any added staff we may need to make your party the best it can be. An accurate headcount also saves you money, since we charge for the total number of guest given at booking. Remember, we can always accommodate more guests if space allows.
